This service is perfect for the couple that has limited time & busy lifestyles. We make your life easier by coming along side of you and walking you through the entire process. You give us your dream vision and we take it and run with it. We will help create the wedding of your dreams and save you from stressing on all the details! What We Mean By Full-Service Wedding Planning
We want to cater our services to your specific event, so please contact us for pricing. Here are some of the ways we can lighten your load.
- Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email/text
- Assistance in budget determination
- Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding/event design
- Research of wedding/event professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget
- Provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
- Help you see details you might have missed
- Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice
- Designated number of hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
- One site inspection to the ceremony/event and reception sites. (Additional site inspections are available by appointment for a $50/hour fee (including travel time), payable at time of service
- Development of a detailed wedding/event timeline and floor plan
- Follow up telephone calls/emails to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding/event day.
- Verify all vendors are on site and are in the correct location
Partial Planning
This service is perfect for the couple that has a wedding vision and theme, but needs extra help with details. They often have a few of their vendors selected, but need guidance on what comes next. If this is you, then Partial Planning is what you are looking for.
Here are some of the ways that we can help you!
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony/reception site for a designated amount of time (5 hours)
- Unlimited text/email and phone conversations beginning at the time of the signed contract
- A Lead Event Manager plus an Assistant Manager for most weddings
- Follow up telephone calls/emails to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding/event day.
- Create a detailed timeline using the input of both the photographer & DJ.
- Verify all vendors are on time & in their correct locations
- Liaison between vendors and bride/groom.
- Overseeing set-up (generally arrive on property 2 hrs before ceremony start)
- Make sure wedding party is on-time and in their place.
- Release wedding party down the aisle
- Assist bride & groom in signing marriage license
- Assist photographer in getting bride & groom away for photos
- Oversee transition from ceremony to cocktail hour
- Oversee transition from cocktail hour to reception
- Release tables for dinner buffet (where needed)
- Assist DJ in lining up MOH & BM for toasts
- Locate bride & groom for cake cutting and escort them over for cutting
- Turn over the event to the DJ for dancing and/or after party
- Option to add additional hours at the end of your event (rate of $75/hr)
