The following generally describes the process for Simply Beautiful
Weddings & Events (SBWE) providing set-up services.
SET-UP
Please plan on delivering your items to 4340 W. Chandler Blvd, Suite 9,
Chandler, 85226 sometime in the 4 to 7 days before your wedding. We
can work with your schedule, we know that is a busy time 🙂 Please
email times which are best for you and we will confirm a drop-off time.
 
A team member will be there to receive your items and review any set-
up preferences you may have.
 
If you have a specific vision, please provide a sample photograph of
each area (including a sample table setting) and provide instructions for
each area. If you use sticky notes, please provide printed instructions as
the sticky notes can fall off.
If you don’t have a specific vision, and just want it beautiful, give us
some guidelines when you drop things off and our team will make your
decor look amazing.
In any event, Simply Beautiful Weddings & Events reserves the right to
make judgement calls and adjust, move, or remove certain decor.
Some things that are helpful for us when doing decor set-up or items that
sometimes get overlooked…
1- Labeled boxes (what table it’s for, where it goes)
2- Pictures or diagrams of the venue
3- Seating charts (ceremony/reception)
4- Batteries, sharpies, pens
5- Please have batteries already installed for items that require them
6- If you have pictures please have them in their respective frames
7- Please have items such as favors, cameras, table numbers, dessert
stands, photo booth props, etc already assembled
 
Please let us know what questions/concerns you have. We are looking
forward to your special day!
Here are the guidelines from our contract –
It is the couple’s responsibility to have large and/or
heavy items delivered to the venue. We do not deliver,
transport, or move items weighing more than 25
pounds or large items (such as doors, furniture, giant
Jenga, Corn Hole or similar items). We do not
transport window panes, large glass or other large,
fragile material. Other restrictions may apply.
Normal vases, candles, photo frames & similar items
are acceptable for transport. These items will be set-up
once on property.
Please limit your decor items to a packed space of less than about 20
cubic feet (most weddings are significantly less than that) unless prior
arrangements are made.
